During my research on learning theories for the presentation on 10.9 I watched a lot of videos, read many web sites and pdf sources: I went through Behaviourism, Cognitivisme and Constructivism and at the end with the Social Constructivism the message what came out is that.
Involve the learners to the learning process. That´s the key. Create groups, make them interact with each other, teacher is not longer a knowledge source is more like a tutor, a creator and facilitator of learning process.
I would like - if some school will give me the possibility - try new strategies with the students without thinking all the time - if I change what I do, how I do they won´t come anymore to my class and I will be unemployed.
I will start next week my work and also we will have our presentation. These studies in group are really working, I am learning so much from the others and to see things in different ways. It´s like be thirsty and people give you water and I am still thirsty.
